In the morning pickup at the hotel, driving to a local market and meet the Chef and explore a traditional market learn to identify herbs, spices, meats, and seasonal produce. interact with vendors and observe Vietnamese daily life. We are walk through the market to a nice garden house to learn how to cook Vietnamese food, then you will make some of Vietnamses traditional dishes by yourself: Pho( noodle soup), Nem( Springrolls), Banh Cuan( steamd rice cake ), Goi cuan( Fresh spring rolls). driving back to Hanoi central and Visit the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum (outside on Mondays & Fridays), the Presidential Palace, Ho Chi Minh’s Stilt House, and the One Pillar Pagoda – an iconic symbol of Hanoi with a unique architectural structure. And then going to visit Temple of Literatur3 a symbol of Confucian learning, this was Vietnam’s first university, founded in 1070. Explore its beautiful courtyards, altars, and pavilions.
Then, you will have the chance to experience the life of a Hanoian in the 1950’s and travel through the Old Quarter on a cycle rickshaw. During this stroll, you will get to discover the bustling streets of the “Quarter of the 36 guilds’’ – a place of unique charm and endless activity: artisans, stalls, tinsmiths, jewellers, calligraphers, carpenters, mobile stalls, leather or rattan goods, vendors selling fans, votive objects, lacquer ware, silk, mats, paper, pipes and so much more. After so many years, the Old Quarter still has many small streets and old houses, which have sometimes been damaged, but no modern buildings could disfigure their charm.
